How to enable users to post using the WordPress frontend

3. Search for “User Submitted Post” and then install and activate the User Submitted Post Plugin: 
   

   

4. On the Dashboard in the left sidebar, click Settings, and then click User Submitted Posts:
   

   

5. Select the fields to be included in the Post Submission Form:

7. Scroll down to the Display the Form Section and then copy and paste the [user-submitted-posts] shortcode into the page or post editor:
