How to add an appointment booking system in WordPress

There are many appointment plugins out there that allow your customers to book an appointment from your WordPress site. This article shows you add an appointment system on the WordPress site using the Easy Appointment plugin without codes. Easy Appointment plugin allows WordPress administrators to manage appointments easily from the WordPress dashboard. Users can easily book appointments using the appointment form generated by the plugin on your WordPress. 

Installing Easy Appointments Plugin for WordPress

To install and configure Easy Appointments Plugin, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your WordPress site with an administrator account.
2. On the Dashboard in the left sidebar, click Plugins, and then click Add New:

   

3. Search for “Easy Appointments Plugin”, click Install, and then click Activate the plugin:
   

   

4. On the Dashboard in the left sidebar, click Appearance, and then click on Easy Appointments:
   

   

Configuring Easy Appointments Plugin for WordPress

To configure the Easy Appointment plugin, follow the following steps to establish locations, services, workers, connections, customize the appointment form and other tools:

1. To add a location, click Locations, and then click Add location:

   

2. Enter the location details and click Save:
   

   

   

3. To add a service, click Services, and then click Add service:
   

   

4. To add employees, click Employees and then click Add employee:
   

   

   

5. To add connection, click Connections and then click Add connection:
   

   

   

6. To customize other settings , click on Settings. Enter the settings and click Save:

8. Publish the page to view the Appointment booking form:
   

   

9. Add the personal details on the form and click the Submit button:
