Setting up an email account on Apple iOS devices

To set up a Professional or Pro Plus Email Hosting account on an Apple iOS device, follow these steps:

  1. On the iOS device, open the App Store app.
  2. Search for Titan: App for Titan accounts.
  3. Install the app, and then open the app. The login page appears:

    If you receive a “Titan” Would Like to Send You Notifications message, tap Allow to ensure you receive message notifications on the device.
  4. Type your account email address and password, and then tap Log in. The account inbox appears. You are now ready to configure and use your account on the device.
Enabling notifications

If you were not prompted to enable notifications during installation in the previous procedure, you should enable them manually. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. On the iOS device, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Notifications.
  3. In the list of apps, locate the Titan app, and then tap it.
  4. To enable notifications, tap the Allow Notifications button.
