How to view e-mail history on the Customer Portal

This article describes how to view messages A2 Hosting has sent to your account. For example, you can review the Welcome message you received when you first signed up for your account.

Viewing e-mail history

To view the e-mail history for your account, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal.
   If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.
2. On the menu bar, click Hello, Name!, where Name is your first name:

   

3. Click Email History:

   

4. A list of messages sent by A2 Hosting to your account appears:
   

   • To view a message, click View Message.
   • To sort messages by date, click the Date Sent heading.
   • To sort messages by subject, click the Message Subject heading.
   • To view additional messages, click Next near the bottom of the page.
